I. Overview
The moderators of this forum will try hard to edit or remove reprehensible messages as soon as possible. However, it is impossible for them to review all the messages. You thus admit that all the messages posted on this forum express the sight and opinion of their respective authors and not those of the moderators or the Webmaster (except messages posted by them) and consequently, they cannot be held responsible of the discussions.

This forum uses cookies to store information on your computer. These cookies will not contain any personal information; they are only used to improve comfort while browsing. The address e-mail is only used in order to confirm the details of your registration as your password (and also to send you back your password if you forget it).

Aggressive or slanderous messages, as well as personal insults and critics, the coarseness and vulgarities, and more generally any message contravening the French laws are prohibited.
Messages who promote - or evoke - illegal practices are prohibited.
If you post information which come from another site
, look first if the site in question doesn't forbid it. Show the address of the site in question in order to respect the work of their administrators!

II. General Forum Rules
The general rules are basically used to prohibit members from hurting other members. These rules are common in most other forums so users should not be surprised to see them on this section. If users find the rules unfair and unjust, they have the right to contact the administrator at FScarlettHenry@gmail.com so that the owner may further perfect the rules.
A. Do not post illegal material onto this site unless it is involved with the roleplay
Even then, users must refrain from posting licensed and copyrighted materials without the permission of the rightful owner. The owner must be credited when using copyrighted, licensed, and trademarked material. This may seem obvious but there are users who overlook this rule and do not give the owner the proper credit.
B. You must be 13 years of age or older
This rule is overlooked more often than the previous rule. This forum is rated PG-13 for violent material and in some cases, the forum is rated M for explicit content on certain parts of the forum.
C. Advertising is prohibited (with exceptions)
Advertising on the forums is prohibited with the exception of major companies such as Google, Yahoo!, Microsoft, Apple, Facebook, AOL, MySpace, etc. The user must otherwise message the owner for permission to use a specific site; however, the owner has the right to deny the request.
D. Spamming is prohibited
Although double posting is allowed on the forums, the user may not abuse the right nor may the user spam. Spamming is continuously posting over a short period of time. The forum requires a 10 second delay before posting again. If this is bypassed by the user, the user may be blocked from the forums temporarily for the first, second, and third offense, but if the user continues with a fourth offense, the staff has the right to permanently block the user and/or delete his account.
E. Godmoding is prohibited on the forums
Users may not godmode to the point where they seem impossible to beat. Although villains are exceptions as they are the major conflicts of the roleplay. But the villain must be godlike to the certain degree. If the villain goes to the point where they cannot be defeated, then the moderators have the right to personally defeat the villain and jail him in the underworld.
F. Autohitting is permitted to a certain degree [Locked Feature: B Tier]
Realistically, grabs are nearly unavoidable, this counts as an autohit. Users may autohit others if the attack is realistically certain to connect. If this is bypassed and the user does not give the other users any chance to evade, then the user may be jailed.

III. Chatbox Rules
The chatbox, found at the bottom of the page, is a place where users may speak with each other freely without having to wait for the others to post. The chatbox also has rules that are quite similar to the general rules and may even be exactly the same rule. Users who do not obey the rules will get kicked from the chatbox; however, the user has the right to log back into the chatbox but if a user commits the offense again, the moderators have the right to ban the user temporarily.
A. Spamming is prohibited
Spambots are usually easily detected and banned. But if the users start to spam inside the chatbox, he may get kicked out by a moderator. If a moderator is not present, the user must refrain from spamming as the administrators may access the chatbox logs at anytime.
B. Advertising is prohibited
Advertising without the permission of the moderators is prohibited; however, users have the right to post large websites like Google. If the user spams the site being advertised, then the staff has the right to kick or ban the user.
C. Explicit materials and shock sites are prohibited
This is a rate PG-13 chatbox, if the user fails to obey this rule, they will be banned from the chatbox, and possibly, the forums.

IV. Ranking System
As users post, their tier level may rise. This gives them the ability to increase their character's skill. The highest tier any one user can go up to is A+, though there are some secret tier levels which allow users to submit new special characters. Each tier unlocks a certain feature to the user's account. A proportion of the tier list is shown below: (Tier Level/Post count/Ability)

V. Reputation System [Locked Feature: C Tier]
The reputation system is created so that users may applaud other players or show signs of appreciation. There is a one hour delay before adding reputation again and the user be in the C- tier list or better to add reputation. All the forum asks is that the user does not abuse the reputation system.

VI. Roleplaying Currency
The roleplaying curreny, called Sesiny (SEH-sin-E), is marked "§" and is used as money for roleplaying. Activity on the forums will cause the user to gain §. Applications (except character applications) cost §. If the user goes into bankruptcy, the user then has two weeks to bring their money back or they will be blocked depending on how much money they owe.
A. Creature/Land Application
Applying for a new creature or land is very costly, so it is recommended that users save their money so that they wont be out of money. To apply for the creation of a new creature costs §5000 and to create a new land costs §10000. The owner recommends that the user takes the time to create a good application.
